CVT Needed! Welcoming team, great benefits!
Who we are:
Loving Family Animal Hospital opened July of 2011 with the goal of providing high quality, individualized care for all types of pets in a comfortable family atmosphere. This still holds true today and we couldn’t be more proud of our hospital! We have grown into a tight knit team of 23, led by 4 wonderful doctors, all with the common goal of providing the best care possible to our patients while building lasting relationships with their owners. Whether we are seeing someone’s dog, cat, bird or reptile, we want them to feel like family and know they are good hands when they visit us.
What we are about:
- We support a positive work culture and understand we wouldn’t be who we are without our staff. Enjoy a team that likes to work together, shares ideas, supports one another and is drama free. We mean it, our staff is truly amazing:)
- The medicine is #1 for us and are excited to say we won the “2017 AAHA Hospital of the Year” Award.
- We love all animals, so every day is an adventure. One week we might be treating a chicken, the next a chinchilla and after that a 10-foot python.
- Helpful in our community through work with a multitude of rescue groups, shelters and local PetSmart’s to get these deserving animals rehabilitated and into their forever homes.
- Quality over quantity is our motto any day. We never cut corners and pride ourselves in the value of the services we deliver.
- Patient and kind trainers. If you are a new grad or don’t feel you ever had a great mentor and need someone who will take the time to train you on all the ins and outs, we are your team! We have a well-organized phase training program and love to teach!
We know we can teach the technical skills, so experience isn’t needed. The following traits would allow anyone to fit in seamlessly with our team:
- Motivated and driven. If you are the kind of person who believes in reaching for the stars, you won’t be alone on this team.
- Inquisitive and eager to learn. We look forward to helping others grow in vet. med. and in their careers.
- Organized with attention to detail. The little things are what make us great and why ourclients trust us. We have the techniques down to make this habit for everyone.
- Loyal and dedicated team player. Most of our team has been with us for several years and some since the beginning. Our team functions as one giant family who all play key roles into its success and happiness.
- Reliable, punctual, good work ethic. We are a fun team, but we hold ourselves to a highstandard which means we really expect to be able to rely on one another in all areas of work.
