It is with heavy hearts that we must reach out to let you know we have chosen to go back to Curbside Only Appointments. With the number of COVID positive cases on the rise as well as the increase in travel and social gatherings due to the holidays, we felt it is our moral obligation to do so in order to keep our staff and clients safe. We would be devastated if we had to close our doors for a couple weeks to quarantine because of staff exposure to COVID and want to do everything we can to ensure we can stay open and continue to provide the care your pets need and deserve. This protocol will take effect immediately and will be re-evaluated regularly as we see how COVID progresses over the next couple months.
If you currently have an appointment scheduled as an “In hospital Appointment” we will be switching you over to “Curbside.” This means we will have you call us when you arrive for your appointment. A team member will get on the phone to go over the check in process with you, this will involve taking a history on your pet, going over cost of services and ensuring we are on the same page as to the goals that need to be achieved during the appointment. We will then come out to your car to retrieve your pet and the doctor will call you once the exam is complete to go over their findings and any recommendations. Payment will be taken care of at the end of the appointment once all charges are reviewed with you. As a reminder, we accept credit and cash as well as Care Credit and Scratchpay. We are no longer accepting checks and apologize for this inconvenience.
Our promise to you is that we will provide your pet with the same love and compassionate care they are used to receiving and to communicate effectively with you while also providing exceptional customer service. We know these times are less than ideal and we are committed to honoring the same values and beliefs we have always upheld. We appreciate your understanding on these changes and will keep you informed on when we can return to having clients in the building.
