Dr. Amber Daub
Growing up with many pets including dogs, snakes, iguanas and rodents, Dr. Daub felt a strong connection to animals from a very young age. A Colorado native, she completed her undergraduate work at Colorado State University. During her studies, she completed internships at a sea turtle conservation center in Costa Rica and at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. These experiences solidified her interest in veterinary medicine. She graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in 2014. Dr. Daub was very excited to have the opportunity to return home to Colorado and has been part of the outstanding staff at Loving Family since July 2014 and has served as the hospital’s medical director since May of 2022.

Dr. Daub is passionate about preventative medicine, promoting the human-animal bond and mentoring new generations of veterinarians, technicians and assistants. Her professional interests include dentistry, senior pet care and pain management; to strengthen these interests she has completed additional training though the American Animal Hospital Association to become certified in Pain Management as well as Hospice + Palliative Care Certified. Dr. Daub’s Family includes her husband Andy and their two dogs, a terrier mix named Eva and a lab mix named Nellie and their adorable daughter, Madilyn born in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, soccer, hiking and skiing.

Dr. Parisa Kariminejad

Dr. Parisa Kariminejad is the newest member of the Loving Family medical team. She is a 2022 DVM graduate from the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She was accepted into CSU’s MBA/DVM dual degree program in 2017 and received her MBA in 2019 while working on her doctorate degree. Dr. Kariminejad was raised in Aurora, CO and has been involved in a variety of community events with local animal shelters since she was in high school. She has worked as a Veterinary Assistant at Loving Family ever since 2016 and has come back during all her school breaks to expand her medical knowledge further. As the previous president of the CSU Dental Club, she has a strong passion for dentistry and client education. Outside of veterinary medicine, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and her Mini Pinscher, Asal, and her cat, Fergi. She also enjoys new adventures in Colorado.

Shannon Murphy
Dr. Whitney Vaccari
Dr. Whitney Vaccari earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University and specializes in dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and feline medicine. She takes pride in fostering the human-animal bond, tailoring her care to individual needs while cherishing the ever-changing nature of her work. Dr. Vaccari enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, hiking, backpacking, skiing, and golfing. If she is stuck indoors, she enjoys cooking and reading. Originally from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, she conquered the Grand Teton and has an eclectic taste in music, oscillating between heavy metal and Taylor Swift. A fun fact about Dr. Vaccari is she cheered in college and around the world, including the New Year’s Day parade in London and rugby matches in Australia. She shares her home with Mini, a 16-year-old Chihuahua mix; Rhett, a 10-year-old boxer mix; Ellie, the adventurous 3-year-old beagle mix; and her cat, Tiny Cat. Alongside them, her husband Nate completes her joyful home.

Dr. Samantha Mackbach

Dr. Samantha Mackbach earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. Her professional interests include feline medicine, dentistry, senior care, orthopedics, and rehabilitation. Dr. Samantha takes pride in providing quality care for all her patients and treating them as if they were her own, she is happy knowing she helped owners understand what is going on with their pets and providing compassionate care. Outside of work, Dr. Samantha enjoys cooking, cross stitching/embroidery, being outdoors-hiking, biking, and playing softball. Her beloved pets include 2 cat siblings, Snickers and Milk Dud, adopted during the pandemic. Dr. Samantha Mackbach looks forward to serving the pet’s & owners of Loving Family Animal Hospital.

Joe has had a lifelong desire to work with animals and has enjoyed being able to fulfill that dream by working in the veterinary industry since 2008. Joe came to Colorado by way of New York and attended the Bel-Rae Institute of Animal Technology. He demonstrates his love for all animals through his passion for working with both pets and their owners to ensure positive physical and emotional health and well-being. His loves are his family, hiking, and his best friend Oscar, a Shepard Mix rescue.

She has been pursuing a degree in Biology in hopes to grow in the field of veterinary medicine. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends and her dog, Shadow.

Jolie has lived in Colorado for most of her life. She has always had a strong love for animals. On her free time she enjoys to spend her time outdoors, going on hikes in the mountains as well as spending quality time with her kitten named Milo. Jolie is new to the Veterinary industry and is excited to see where this new opportunity leads her in the future!

Hi! My name is Clara; some of my favorite things are spending time with my fur babies and spending time with my friends and family! I went to school for Animal Science with a concentration of vet medicine at the University Of Wyoming, and plan on continuing my education in the near future. I enjoy being outdoors and volunteering my time at local shelters and always willing to learn as much as I can to continue my love and passion for all fur babies!

Growing up from Vallejo, California and now living in Colorado, Myrah is a recent grad from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology that has been in the field for about 4 years. She started in general practice, and now has participated with animal emergency medicine. Now she spends her time growing more as a veterinary technician, being an advocate for animals, and educating clients with preventative care. Myrah’s goal is to be a reliable technician for the clients and the patients. She also has two Great Danes, and two cats.

Juanda Campbel, RVT

Hello my name is Juanda. I was born in Michigan, but moved around to many different states growing up. I recently moved to Colorado in 2019 and have fallen in love with the beauty the state has to offer. I graduated from the East Valley Institute of Technology in 2019, as an Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA). From there I pursued my career further. Graduating in 2021 with an associates degree in veterinary technology from Bel-Rea Institute. Since graduating I have expanded my knowledge in emergency medicine, and general practice medicine. I currently have a 4-year-old german shorthaired pointer named Hershey. Making my life always filled with lots of energy and love.

I am from the San Francisco Bay Area, and I have just recently moved to Colorado. I went to Carrington College, where I received my degree in veterinary technology and became a Registered Veterinary Technician. I have spent a number of years working in general practice, but the last three years I have worked in emergency medicine. I love my old lady German Shepherd Dinah and my crazy Belgian Malinois Moo Agnus, who keep me busy exploring the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

Max was born in Ukraine and adopted at 14 months by his parents. He was raised in Aurora, Colorado, graduated from high school in Provo Utah, and then went on to pursue his passion for caring for animals. He completed the Veterinary Assistant certification program from the Animal Behavior College. Max most recently worked in a pet daycare and boarding facility and loved playing with the dogs in the playroom. He loves all animals, especially his lab “Bruegger” and horse “Cowboy” who is a 16-year-old gelding quarter horse. Max loves riding and has competed in some gymkhana competitions and hopes to improve his barrel racing skills. He wants to continue to learn through more animal care continuing education to advance his career.

Hello, my name is Shelby. I just recently moved from a small town in Southwest Nebraska to the big city of Denver in March 2023. I have recently graduated from Nebraska College of Technical Agricultural with my Veterinarian Technician degrees. Shelby enjoys all different types of animals—especially the exotics. In the following years, she plan on going back to school to get my bachelor’s in Zoology. Shelby dreams of one day becoming a registered veterinary technician in a zoo. Shelby enjoys spending here free time adventuring the outdoors and collecting crystals and plants. Shelby has one pet at home— 8 year old goldendoodle name Stella Rose! If you know Shelby, she will fall in love with any type of doodles that will walk through the clinic doors.

Hello! My Name is Caleb. I am a Native Coloradan with 5 years of veterinary medicine experience.  I have worked in several different clinics across the Denver metro area, as well as spending sometime in the animal welfare field. I enjoy working with all animals, but reptiles have a special place in my heart. I have three dogs, two cats, and a bearded dragon at home. I enjoy spending my time off with my family and my son, as well as gaming, reading books, and playing card games. I eventually hope to become a state registered veterinary technician, and my ultimate goal is to get my zoology degree.
